Meeting your needs
What ranges of approaches are possible?
The approach we adopt depends on our clients' requirements. This could include a variety of diagnostic tools such as:
- In-depth interviewing
- Long-term tracking
- Surveys
- Focus groups
- Seminars
- Statistical analysis.
We have developed new ways to research with people rather than on them using the principles of co-operative enquiry. Discovering and meeting the development needs of people and organisations in a whole-systems way is the key approach.
In recent years, we have become experienced facilitators of action learning, a dynamic technique pioneered in the 1950s as the study of real-life problems and their resolutions within a real-life environment, achieving a balance between action and reflection.
